Description	This project is to create the online Digital Talking Book (DTB) playback application running on the web browser and mobile client. This project will take advantage of DAISY/NISO (ANSI/NISO Z39.86 specifications) as the primary digital talking book standard. The playback application in this project will conform to outcome of the DAISY Online Delivery working group.
